**Role:** Safety Officer
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training sessions for workers and site personnel.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide detailed reports.
